How do I check my Account status?

How do I check my Account status?

You can check the status of your account on our website by visiting https://www.quodd.com/MyAccount. If you are not logged in, you will be asked to do so and will be redirected to the My Account page.

You can do the following under your account:

  1. Change your password
  2. Manage your API authentication tokens
  3. Manage your payment methods (update credit cards, etc)
  4. Check your subscription or free trial status (subscription levels, usage, etc)

Your subscription renewal process is defined in your agreement. Most likely (and unless defined otherwise):

  1. Your agreement is a one-year agreement
  2. Your agreement will automatically renew for successive renewal terms of the same period as the initial agreement
  3. Your agreement will automatically renew unless you notify us in writing 30 days prior to the end of the term of the agreement
  4. Please refer to your agreement for details, or contact Support at customersuccess@xignite.com for assistance.
